Lisa Walker is a trusted luxury home and land specialist serving Leiper’s Fork, Franklin, Nashville, and the greater Middle Tennessee region. As co-founder of the Walker Luxury & Land Team at Corcoran Reverie, Lisa has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and deep market knowledge in both residential luxury real estate and large land transactions.
Originally born in Oxford, Mississippi and raised in Aberdeen, Lisa grew up with strong values centered around family, community, and hard work. In 2003, she and her husband Henry relocated their growing family to Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, drawn by the outstanding reputation of the Williamson County Schools. Their household eventually grew to eight children, giving Lisa a deep appreciation for the importance of home, community, and the role real estate plays in family life.
Before entering the real estate profession, Lisa spent 35 years as a dental hygienist, where she developed a reputation for care, precision, and a commitment to helping others. The relationships she built with patients and families over decades of service became the foundation for the client-focused philosophy she brings to real estate today.
In 2017, Lisa pursued a long-standing dream of entering the real estate industry. Initially balancing part-time dental hygiene with her growing real estate practice, she soon realized that helping clients navigate one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives was her true calling. By November 2020, Lisa transitioned fully into real estate, marking a pivotal turning point in her professional journey.
That same year, her husband Henry joined her in the business. Henry brought decades of experience in supply chain management, business operations, strategic planning, and negotiation, adding a powerful analytical and operational dimension to their real estate practice. Together they quickly established a reputation for delivering exceptional results and earned WCAR's Celebration of Excellence Bronze Award during their first year working together.
Lisa has continued to invest in her professional education and expertise. She earned the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and later achieved CLHMS Guild recognition, a credential reserved for agents with documented success in selling luxury properties. These certifications position her among an elite network of luxury real estate professionals worldwide.
Recognizing the importance of land expertise in Middle Tennessee’s rapidly evolving market, Lisa also became a member of the REALTOR Land Institute. Working closely with Henry—who has deep agricultural roots and experience managing large land tracts—the Walker team specializes in farms, recreational land, development acreage, and investment properties across the region.
In 2024, Lisa’s success in land real estate was recognized nationally when she received the REALTOR Land Institute Apex Producers Club Award, placing her among the Top 200 land real estate professionals in North America.
Lisa and Henry currently reside in a beautifully restored 1907 Colonial Revival home, a project Lisa describes as her dream home. The historic property reflects her passion for architecture, history, and preserving timeless homes. When they are not serving clients, Lisa and Henry enjoy working on the restoration, spending time with their large family, and caring for their seven dogs.
