Meet Lisa
Born in Oxford, MS, and raised in Aberdeen, MS, Lisa Walker's life has always been centered around family, community, and dedication. In 2003, she and her husband, Henry, moved their family of seven children to Leiper’s Fork, TN, drawn by the exceptional Williamson County schools. Their family grew even larger in 2005 with the arrival of their eighth child, solidifying their lively and bustling household.
For 35 years, Lisa dedicated herself to a successful career as a dental hygienist, where she nurtured her passion for helping others. However, in 2017, she decided to pursue a long-held dream of entering the real estate industry. Initially balancing part-time work in dental hygiene with her growing real estate business, Lisa quickly realized her true calling was in real estate.
In November 2020, Lisa made a pivotal decision to fully transition her focus to real estate, marking a significant turning point in her career. Henry, with his extensive background in supply chain management and business operations, joined her that same year, bringing valuable expertise in leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking to their joint real estate endeavors. Together, they finished 2020 on a high note, earning the Celebration of Excellence “Bronze” award.
Lisa’s commitment to excellence and continuous learning led her to earn the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) certification in 2021. She further distinguished herself by achieving the prestigious “Guild” certification for selling multiple luxury properties. Recognizing the importance of land sales, Lisa joined the real estate agent Land Institute (RLI) to collaborate closely with Henry and expand their expertise in managing large tract land properties. Henry’s deep roots in agriculture and his experience in managing substantial land tracts have greatly complemented their real estate business, enabling them to offer unparalleled services to their clients. In 2024,
Lisa achievements were further recognized at the Apex Awards during the National Land Conference of the REALTOR® Land Institute, where she was honored with the Producers Club Award. This recognition placed them among the top 200 Land Real Estate Agent in North America, solidifying their standing in the industry.
Recently, Lisa and Henry purchased Lisa's dream home—a 1907 Colonial Revival, which they are meticulously restoring to its original grandeur. They reside there with their seven beloved dogs, embracing the challenge of preserving the home’s history while creating new memories.
