As we start the new year at Walker Luxury and Land, change is the one constant. This is true in our personal, professional and social life. Our family continued to grow in 2023 with our sixth grandchild born. Our business continued to grow through our wonderful clients that have trusted us to help them along the way. We value making those relationships with people. In our crazy digital age, it seems that people long for connection outside the devices that seem to trap us and our time. We are so honored to be able to spend time with our business partners.
We continue to be blessed with our large tract land listings and finding our clients properties that will work for their needs with larger acreage. But our business isn't the most important thing in our lives. We both continue to depend on our Savior Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit to guide us along in this world. It is so easy to compromise about spiritual issues that we are confronted with almost daily. We have learned to prioritize our time together studying in the Word and this time is so precious to us.
A large family can be challenging at times but we are eternally grateful for the gift of our family. It is so much fun to watch the grandchildren begin to act like their parents. All the times my kids would try my patience, now I see their kids acting in a similar manner. Watching another generation of our family begin to grow, play, run, and love each other is so great. Our hearts are full because of the love of these precious little ones.
We are in great anticipation what God has in store for us in 2024. Our hope is that if you are overwhelmed by the pace and the change in our world today, you will reach out to us and let us share about how Jesus can meet us in the best of times and the worst of times. Here's to 2024 and all the change we will see this year. Let's embrace our future and trust God to handle it all.
